Shipping Information

We currently ship ONLY to CT and MA. Standard shipping is free. Items ship direct from the manufacturer via UPS, FedEX or common carriers. All items are guaranteed 1st quality. 

Most purchases arrive within 10 business days from receipt of your order. Some braided rugs, custom shag rugs and custom cut runners have additional manufacture time and arrive typically within 2 to 3 weeks.

Backorders

If your rug is on Back Order, or in production you will be immediately contacted by phone or email and informed of the expected delivery date.

Returns must be received back within 14 days. Items to be returned to vendor by customer - customer is responsible for return shipping expense.  All returns MUST have an RA# to receive proper credit. To get your RA# please call customer service at (866) 588-5200 or email se@kaoud.com please be sure to have your order number and last name. 

Price Match Policy

We strive to offer the lowest prices on rugs. We back this up with our Price-Match Guarantee. If you find an in-stock item for less from an online competitor we will do our best to match their price.
