    2. Get a Professional Assessment: Our team evaluates your rug's condition, construction, and style. We will be upfront about what it is worth as a trade-in and answer any questions you have about the process.
    3. Browse Our Collection: With your trade-in value in hand, explore our full selection of hand-knotted rugs in traditional, transitional, contemporary, and farmhouse and other styles in every size. Our staff will help you find the right piece.
    4. Apply Your Credit and Take Home Something New: Once you have chosen your new rug, we apply the trade-in credit to your purchase and work out any remaining balance. Simple, fair, and straightforward.

If you are not sure whether your rug qualifies, bring it in or send us photos through the form below. We will give you an honest answer.

    Our program is structured as a trade-in rather than an outright sale, meaning the value of your existing rug is applied as a credit toward a new purchase. If you are looking to sell your rug, we encourage you to bring it in so we can discuss your options.

    We have two carpet and flooring stores located at 17 South Main Street in West Hartford, CT, and 189 Hale Road in Manchester, CT. Both locations accept trade-ins and carry our full collection of hand-knotted rugs.
